I did mammogram last month and there is presence of axillary lymph node.but doctor said that nothing to worry.dimple also seen in my nipple..?

Breast issues: A new dimple in your nipple is something you should have followed up by a breast surgeon. If you feel like your current doctor isn't taking you seriously, get another opinion. A normal mammogram does not mean there's not problem.

Axillary lymph nodes: are normal structures that are commonly seen on mammography. They are only concerning if they are abnormally enlarged or lose their normal shape. Otherwise, they are nothing to worry about.
