Maybe.: There are many causes of enlarged lymph nodes. Your doctor wanting additional views and ultrasound is to rule out breast cancer or infection as a cause of the enlarged lymph nodes.

It is normal: to be concerned, but there are many causes of enlarged lymph nodes, breast cancer is one of them, but not nearly the most common. Your doctor is being thorough.

Had mammogram and ultrasound this morning. Mammogram says all ok. Ultrasound says intramammary lymph node measuring 3.4 x 2.9x 1.3mm, and simple cyst noted measuring 5.3 x 3.3 x 1.5mm and then everything else okay. Is this a concern?
