Left leg cramp: May be neurogenic. The sciatic nerve may be involved.

A clot must be: In the differential diagnosis based on the location of discomfort. Hopefully, you are correct and it is a cramp of some sort, but a clot may have to be ruled out if the discomfort is continuous.
