Maybe: It doesn't sound like a typical story for panic disorder but i would need to know a lot more details to really answer. Panic attacks are associated with many symptoms, not just pain, so one set of questions would be to make sure that the pattern of symptoms you have is consistent with panic attacks. You would also want to rule out other causes (for instance, heart disease).
