Very common: It is common for children to get nosebleeds at night. Nose picking, dry air, rubbing nose, etc are all possible causes. If this is becoming a problem, go see your primary doctor or ENT doctor.

Common: The delicate capillaries in the nose will often bleed from irritants in the air, fragrances, smoke, dust, etc.Kids rub their noses in their pillow & often trigger a bleed that stops before they wake. Nasal saline gel before bedtime, nasal wash and removing any airborne irritants all can help.
