Ask an orthodontist: TMJ dysfunction due to lateral disc derangement with reduction. If there is no pain no treatment is recommended. If concerned visit orofacial pain specialist or your orthodontist for evaluation and treatment. They are the experts in TMJ disorders. Take care.

Pea size bone like..: Possibly lateral displacement of the disk in your jaw joint. Point it out to your specialist Orthodontist or treating General Dentist at your next appointment.
