I have a 1.8cm hypoechoic area within the left ovary, not a simple cyst. what is that means?

Likely nothing: Sometimes, after ovulation occurs, the follicle which contained the egg fills with blood and then slowly gets reabsorbed. This finding is likely a resolving hemorrhagic follicular cyst. I would not recommend any followup for this finding unless it was identified because of symptoms (pain?), and only if the symptoms persist.
