Groin: Many a thing can cause this...Hernia, pinched nerve (whether nerve in back or a nerve right there in the groin), pulled muscles. Often this is difficult to determine cause if a hernia is not evident. Also sometimes could be something low down in pelvic region...Bladder, uterus, appendix...
