Hypertension: Uncontrolled hypertension can cause severe headaches. Migraines are typically considered neuro-vascular disorders so you could be having migraines with aura. Consult pcp or neurologist.

See your Dr.: If this is coming form high bp, you are having an medical emergency. You need immediate attention to find out. You could also be having migraine headaches. If you generally have never had these symptoms, you really need to get attention right away. You could be having early signs of a stroke! go to the er if that is the case.
