How long have you: had your constant headaches? Where is your headache located? Need to distinguish between tension vs. migrane headache vs. worst headache of your life (aneurysm). Is your BP high now with ur headache? Pain can increase sympathetic tone and raise BP? So, determining the cause of your headache's important! Is Acetaminophen helping? Are you dehydrated?Headache can be the first sign. Any other pains?
