Maybe: If you have someone else in the house, let them know what happened. If you hit your head in the area around the temple have someone in the er evaluate you. Unlikely, but subdural hematomas can continue to bleed and cause pressure on the brain. Taking advil (ibuprofen) can increase the bleeding, so usually not recommended. Mild concussion includes vision changes, dizziness, headache and nausea.
