Evaluation first: The elderly are not restricted from exercise. You say that you have kyphosis. Is this due to fractures secondary to osteoporosis? You should see your pcp & be evaluated. A metabolic evaluation & cardiovascular evaluation should be performed. If calcium deficiency is found then take corrective diet changes. If a healthy heart is there, then contact a physical therapist & start an exercise program.
