Specifically for : Kyphosis in this group nothing more than a nightcap and not the one you wear! for general health, there are exercises including cardiovascular by wheeling their own chairs and light weights on legs and small weights for arms for strengthening

Evaluation first: The elderly are not restricted from exercise. You say that you have kyphosis. Is this due to fractures secondary to osteoporosis? You should see your pcp & be evaluated. A metabolic evaluation & cardiovascular evaluation should be performed. If calcium deficiency is found then take corrective diet changes. If a healthy heart is there, then contact a physical therapist & start an exercise program.
