Can stop worsening: Kyphosis is the curving of the back skeletal frame mostly due to posture but can be genetic also. It can not be changed with exercise but can stop it from worsening and stabilize it. If you don't exercise, it just gets worse so yes, exercise for stability and improvement. Feldenkrais is a great way to evaluate your habits.
