Exercises: For postural kyphosis this result from weakened upper back muscles & tightness of chest muscles. Exercises can help this form of kyphosis. There is not enough space to fully discuss. There are wall exercises and tube exercises that work well. Yoga is very good for this purpose. Talk to your physical therapy for specific exercises tailored specifically for you.
