What effect does oxygen from an oxygen generator have on the respiratory system?

None: It simply makes oxygen from the air. Hence, no effect on the respiratory system at low concentration of oxygen.

None: An oxygen concentrator simply provides a higher level of oxygen to the lungs than room air can. It has no effect on the lungs themselves. It can be very helpful if a person's oxygen level is too low from either lung or heart disease.
