Maybe not..: You likely are hypothyroid. Ideally try to search for cause. Full thyroid panel for you needs to include reverse t3, (liothyronine) free t3, (liothyronine) tpo's etc. Especially with family history, must check thyroid antibodies. Rule out gluten sensitivity via enterolabs, detox and cleanse. Check heavy metal load with random urine pre and post challenge heavy metals.
