I have only left ovary & on the start of left fallopian tube there is 1cm fibroid.i am not getting pregnant though iam ovulating on clomid (clomiphene).plz advice?

Talk to your doctor: If you have only one ovary and are on Clomid (clomiphene) there are obviously more issues than just a small fibroid. You need to have a more lengthy discussion with your doctor about your options.
