Trying for concieve so long , fibroid but small, tube clear , sperm test also ok .taking clomid (clomiphene) 100 mg , metformin 1000 .ovulating .why not concieve?

Doesn't always work: You're receiving good therapy, although your metformin could be increased in step to 2000 mg/day in divided doses as tolerated. Even with proper therapy, some couples cannot conceive. Diet, exercise and weight loss will help as well. Your questions are best directed to your doctor.
