Well: You have to go up on the dose. Metformin at 1500 mg per day in divided doses ( get xl and go up slow) can increase chances Clomid (clomiphene) would work at lower doses but you can go up to, i think, 200 mg, but look that up. There are other options. Ovarian drilling is an outpatient surgery where small holes are placed, under anesthesia, in the ovarian cortex. Look that up with metformin, it'll happen.
