No idea.: Rashes on the palms occur in very few illnesses. They include syphilis, rocky mountain spotted fever, systemic gonorrhea or meningococcemia and occasionally contact dermatitis. If the two problems are connected you should see a doctor immediately, but do not know what other symptoms you are having. Please get checked now.

Uncertain: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
