Should be seen.: It is difficult to diagnose a rash without seeing it. There are many viruses which cause rashes, but strep can cause a rash as you have described also. I would recommend you call your child's doctor and have he or she take a look, so that your child can be diagnosed properly and receive any necessary treatment.
