Complex thyroid nodule... negative for malignancy ... adenomatoid nodule with resolving hemorrhage? what? and is it still possible for it to cancerous

Unlikely: If you have multinodular goiter (thyroid enlargement), and you have a fna result that is negative, then this is most unlikely that it is a cancer. There is a very low chance of a malignancy else where in the gland, but it is fractions of a percent.

Low risk: The risk of malignancy in a thyroid nodule is low, especially after one negative biopsy but it is not 0%. That's why u still need to follow this nodule in time with another ultrasound to make sure it is not growing or changing significantly. If it does, u will need another biopsy or consider taking it out. The nodule u have had blood inside it which had been absorbed, thus "resolving hemorrhage".
