My gyn isn't available till next week. i'm pregnant, my labia minora was itchy, now it's dry. i just noticed a cut on each side of my inner labia. highly doubt it's an std. what can i do to alleviate the discomfort? any diagnosis?thanks

Discomfort : A yeast infection , an herpetic lesion may cause this , you have to see your gyn for further evaluation ; however a local anesthetic such as ambesol may help with the discomfort , it may sting at first when you apply it , do not apply too much.
