Many possibilities: There are many causes of genital area skin "patches", rash, etc. Most are not serious and easily treated. If you are at risk for STDs and testing didn't include a syphilis blood test, that would be a good idea. If the doctors you have seen did not include a dermatologist, that would be a good next step.
