Additional tests: You can contact the clinic where you had the STD testing to learn if a wet mount was performed. Often standard lab testing checks for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia which can now be tested from a urine sample. A wet mount or special request with specimen would be required to look for trichomonas and STD, or gardeneralla, an overgrowth of your own bacteria, non-STD. One of these could be the culprit.
