Talk to UR obstetrii: Postdated pregnancy? , if true by the usg estimation of gestation , talk to ur obs. Doc. After waiting for few day, less than a wk , they may plan induction of labor- medication induced vs caesar.S based on pelvic findings, any foetal distress, failure of induction with medications .There are still chance sthat your pregnancy can end up successfully in a normal labor. With 90 % effacement already.
