Can severe stress/anxiety cause upset stomach, nausea, stomach gurgling, bloating & a burning pain in stomach? what can i do to help these symptoms?

Yes: Yes stress can certainly trigger an upset stomach. You might be struggling with acid indigestion ("dyspepsia"), heartburn (gastroesophageal reflux disease"), or irritable bowel syndrome. Avoid caffeine, mint, tomatoes, citrus, tobacco, carbonated drinks and anything else that you find worsens your discomfort. Stress reduction, antacids, and dietary changes as I mentioned all can help.
