This is a serious thing! If someone put a caustic chemical such as bleach, coolant or Lye, it could have caused burns in your esophagus lining. If it was something like rat poison, it could cause bleeding issues. If it was arsenic or cyanide, it would cause stomach upset, bloating, muscle pain, liver damage. See a Dr and have a full workup including labs to see the health of your organs.

If you have had two months of burning in your esophagus and stomach, you should be evaluated to come up with a cause. If it is truly due to a toxic ingestion or poisoning, that needs to be determined ASAP. If you drank a caustic substance, it can cause severe burns in the esophagus, which need immediate attention. See your primary doctor or a G.I. doctor ASAP. Do not delay. Good luck.
