I am considering benlysta (belimumab) for my sle. for those physicians that have used benlysta (belimumab) with their sle patients, what has been your experience?

Favorable: For aapropriate patients the experience with Benlysta (belimumab) has been good. There has been improvement in general features of fatigue with improvement in rash and joint pain. It's use has allowed me to lower the Prednisone dosage of patients and their serologies ( anti- dna and complemnent) levels have improved.
