Usually no: Perianal involvement is not a typical area of lupus involvement. May be dermatitis, sign of hemorrhoids, or rectal problems. Treatment with a topical steroid can help, and an e aluation by a GI doctor for rectal disease is recommended.

No: No it is not. It may be secondary to a local inflammation but it should be evaluated by a doctor to eliminate other conditions.
