Need more info: If you are actually getting influenza (proven by testing) suggest you get vaccinated yearly. If these are simply multiple different viral illnesses there are many other questions; with whom are you in contact and in what manner? Do you get any other forms of infection? What do you mean by "easily suffer"? What is very often? Do you recover normally?
