Many: If you are talking about influenza, then, fever, cough, vomiting , diarrhea, sore throat, body aches, muscle aches, congestion , headache, joint pain---any or all of these symptoms occur at the same time.

Flu: According to Mayo Clinic Flu sxs may include “Fever over 100F (38C), Aching muscles, especially in your back, arms and legs, Chills & sweats, Headache, Dry Cough, Fatigue and weakness, Nasal Congestion.” Children may experience nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain when they have influenza.
