Few things.: Pl.Don't continuosly sit and try to concentrate. Our brain has neurochemicals set in a balanced level and too much concentration with out enough relaxation is no good. 2.Walking /relaxing like mixing with family members every few hrs is good.3. Good food , especially protein rich powders/shakes ( don't take too much-can cause diarrhoea).4.Enough drink.Of water 5.Proper sleep.6.Yoga-if you do conti.
