May be none: Most cases of "post nasal drip" that i see have very little to do with the nose and everything to do with the throat. The throat, when irritated and upset, makes its own mucous to protect itself. If you have reflux that comes up into the throat or drink or eat acids (coffee, tea, sodas) or spicy foods, it can irritate your throat causing "post nasal drip." ask your doctor about this possibility.
