Post nasal drip: Depends on the cause. It could be allergies. It could be infection. It could be casino tie rhinitis. It could even bd reflux. Treatment would obviously be appropriately rendered based on diagnosis.

Allergies: You may have allergies. You should see a physician for treatment for it. The over the counter medications may work but may not be strong enough.
