You might or might not figure this out but you might want to work on things that are upsetting to you the most and look at things you can/cannot control during that time. Why?: To make it stop, you have to figure out why, which may require some counseling. Did you suffer a significant loss during a past Christmastime? Had you enjoyed Christmas as a child, or were they negative experiences throughout the years? There must be some reason that Christmas triggers negative emotions.
