I'm bipolar and have severe depression. i constantly fidget. how can i get it to stop?

Meds?: If you are on any neuroleptic medication, the fidgeting may be a side effect of your medications. People with bipolar are often on several meds - go see your doctor and review them, and discuss your symptoms. Good luck.

May be side effect: Talk with your doctor. Some medications used to treat bipolar disorder have a risk of a side effect called akathesia meaning "can't sit still".
