Many: Weight gain, adrenal insufficiency (body can't make cortisol, drug needs to be tapered not stopped suddenly), increased risk of infection, cataracts, high blood pressure, diabetes, other rare bone issue ("avascular necrosis"). Toxicity is often proportional to higher dose and longer duration.
