Can anyone tell me the symptoms of liver damage?

Liver damage: Some are spider nevi, palmar erythema, nail changer, finger deformity from contractures, gynecomastia, osteoarthropathy, impotence/infertility/testicular atrophy, large spleen/liver, fluid in abdomen (ascites), musty odor in breath, jaundice, weakness/fatigue/wt. Loss.
