Maybe none: There may be no symptoms from liver cancer. Some findings could be tiredness, anemia, and yellow jaundice. It may depend on whether the cancer started some place else and spread to the liver, or started in the liver first. Primary liver cancers are most often associated with past exposure to hepatitis virus (hepatitis b or c).
