Is it safe to take paracetamol while pregnant?

Yes: This is a completely safe medication in pregnancy. There is no evidence of harm to the baby. Paracetamol is the same medication as Acetaminophen or tylenol (acetaminophen). You should use it as directed on the bottle.

Yes.: If you are nor exceeding 3 grams/day, paracetamol should be fine to take throughout pregnancy and lactation. Of course consult your obstetrician to see what causes you pain, instead of just taking a pain killer by yourself!
