The same: Paracetamol is the name used in other parts of the world for Acetaminophen or Tylenol (acetaminophen) . Since you are pregnant it is best to consult. With your own doctor, he should be able to recommend something that may not harm your baby. Your other alternatives ( Aspirin, Ibuprofen ) may have other side effects.

Same medication: If you are allergic to paracetamol you also allergic to acetaminophen, because is the same medication. There's much you can do to prevent or relieve headaches during pregnancy without taking medication. The combination of Reglan (metoclopramide) and Benadryl is a safe, effective headache treatment for pregnant women, especially when allergic to acetaminophen. Talk to your physician before taken any medicine.
