No: Your grinding is usually a subconsius response to stress. The better your teeth are aligned there will be less damage to the teeth and less irritation to the muscles. This can reduce reduce headaches if they are due to your muscles having spasms. You may also have less jaw stiffness in the morning if you are grinding during your sleep.

No: The cause of teeth grinding is neurologic and has nothing to due with the alignment of your teeth or bite.
