Nothing: Many children grind teeth until their first permanent molars come in (around 6-7) and will stop on their own. If you see anything unusual when you clean your child's teeth (swelling, discoloration, pimples, or rashes) or just for peace of mind if you’re worried, you can take to a pedodontist.

Guard: If you can see your dentist he would ask if there are any health issues and or ear problems. If so a night guard would be indicated if no problems wait and he will stop once permanent teeth are in.
