Tightness perhaps: Tightness is one sign. Another is of course sore teeth. And usually the most notable is if you grind and you are loudly grinding you'll drive whomever is in the room with you out of the room or you wake someone else in a room nearby. Go to the dentist to see if there are signs of grinding on your teeth.
