Genioplasty: Probably not causing clenching. TMJ syndrome much more common in women. See dentist for mouth guard. Soft foods, open mouth, no gum chewing, no hard candies, no jowling. Can tale ibuprofen. If severe problem. occasionally botox injections indicated.

Genioplasty: Probably not. You may have a malocclusion that requires attention. You might profit from an occlusal orthotic (night guard) to stretch your muscles and protect your teeth. 1 Advil before bed might help. There are relaxation exercises. See your Dentist for evaluation and advice.
