Find a therapist: Ptsd symptoms can often be relieved through therapy. Talking really cures!

PTSD or grief: Do you have unresolved grief or continued conflicted feelings and thoughts after an abortion? If so, unburden yourself by accepting help from a behavioral health provider or a pastoral counselor. The abortion will always be woven into the tapestry of your life but you can learn to handle it in a way that is less painful and that does not haunt you. Take care.
