What type of doctor do i need to see to find out if i have genetic problems?

A few possibilities: Your primary care phsyician - internist, family practitioner, ob/gyn - should be your first stop. Do the basics - a good history and review of systems, a thorough physical, and family history going back at least 3 genetarions, and then take stock. If something merits further investigation, you and your doctor can consider a visit to a clinical geneticist. http://www.abmg.org/pages/searchmem.shtml.
