My husband has microdeletion y chromosome azfc (sy-239 and sy-242) at 50bp. doctor said this is this is the cause of his azoosperm. is this genetic?

Yes: It is genetic. If you have a boy that boy will get it. If you have a girl she will not get it. Then your boy would likely have infertility as well.
