Depends: Initially you may lose some water weight, it is important to stay hydrated with dietary changes. Drinking plenty of water helps ensure the weight you lose is not water, keeps your body hydrated and helps you feel more full. Water weight may fluctuate by several pounds at any given time depending on what you are eating/drinking. Set longer term goals and stick with it.
